Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in our shirts! We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. Please note that shipping costs vary by location, as we ship from the Middle East. You can view the final shipping rate and total price during checkout. Additionally, please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival. 

All orders placed on FRAGMENTSHOP.COM are shipped with Israel Post.

FRAGMENTis not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the studio.

Domestic Shipping:

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. 

the packege will be sent via the HFD courier company. You will receive a message from them with updates regarding the delivery. The shipping cost is ₪35.

Orders placed by 11:00 AM will be dispatched the same day.
In the Tel Aviv and central area, delivery usually arrives within 1–2 days. In other areas, delivery may take up to 4 business days.

The day of order, holiday eves, holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays are not considered business days.

International Shipping:

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing.

We offer Standard International Shipping to Europe and the US. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package from my studio to your doorstep.

Delivery is typically made to your mailbox or doorstep. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package may be held at your local post office for collection.

International orders can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. FRAGMENT has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

International shipping rate is a $35.00 USD to Europe and USA.

We cannot guarantee international delivery dates, usually takes up to 14 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate you choosing our shirts! We are committed to delivering every product in perfect condition, featuring premium fabric, stitching, and print. Each shirt is meticulously hand-packed to ensure the highest quality. If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement. Don’t forget to check our sizing chart to ensure the best fit.

Exchange Policy (Israel Only):

If you'd like to exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. To coordinate an exchange, please email us at: support@fragmentedyou.com. For domestic orders (Israel), a courier can arrive at your home to deliver the replacement and collect the original item for an additional fee of ₪30. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

International Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund (see below) and place a new order.

Return Policy: If you wish to return an item, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Return Window: According to transaction cancellation regulations, the item must be shipped back and reach our warehouse within 14 days of receipt.

  • Late Returns: Items received after the 14-day period will automatically be converted into store credit with no expiration date.

  • Refunds: A transaction cancellation fee of 5% (or ₪100, whichever is lower) will be deducted from cash refunds in accordance with consumer protection laws. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.

How to Return Your Item:

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@fragmentedyou.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the specific shipping address and instructions for the return process. Please do not ship items back without prior confirmation from our team.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to FRAGMENT. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations:

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support. You will be notified once your cancellation is processed. Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please reach out to us.

Cancellations are only possible before an order reaches the packing or shipment phase. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be cancelled. During "drop seasons," cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, individual items cannot be edited.

Involuntary Returns:

If your order is returned to our warehouse, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout. You will have 5-7 business days to let us know if you would prefer a re-shipment or a refund. Please note: if a refund is chosen, original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, a refund will be issued automatically.

Uncollected Packages:

If a package is returned due to the receiver’s refusal to pay duties/taxes, unavailability, or inaccurate shipping details, FRAGMENT reserves the right to charge for shipping, handling, and any additional administrative fees incurred during the customs clearance and return process.
